    Email encoder not working in custom fields

    I was using "simple email address encoder" to thwart spambots from harvesting email addresses in my custom fields. It has stopped working.

    I deactivated and re-activated - Nothing
    I deleted and re-installed - Nothing

    I tried other e-0mail encoders but they don't work either.

    Does anyone have suggestion on how I can protect email addresses in CP from spambots?
