    error when user posts an ad

    Hi, I just recently purchased Classipress theme software, this is my staging site http://fad.6cc.myftpupload.com/ when I post an ad I get error as follows:

    ERROR: The form template for form ID 9 does not exist or the session variable is empty.
    Ad Listing Fee:
    FREE
    Total Amount Due:
    --


    once I press continue and view your new ad I get :


    Auto Draft
    No ad details found.
    Listed: October 13, 2016 10:24 pm
    Expires: 89 days, 23 hours

    No ad details found.


    please help me with this so I can push my staging to public. Thanks. Jim

    when posting any ad, plugins disabled
