Excluding page from site - can't find the # to exclude - help appreciated

Hey guys

I am hoping to get advise / help on this issue I am having!

I am trying to get my " Terms of Use " Page up, but not in the tab menu as you can see in the image below!



I want user to be able to click the " Terms of Use " link in the footer; show in below picture and be redirected to the Terms of Use page!



I figured out to change the link below, but what I do not understand is how to be redirected to the Terms of use page without having it in my " Tab Menu "!

I even followed the instruction of Excluding pages in the " ClassiPress Settings Section "! However when I go to my "pages" and click edit page; then Hover over the Title; nothing is displayed in the status bar of my browser!

So therefor I can not grab the number ti include it in my excluded pages!

Someone please rescue me
