    Favicon + Child theme

    Hi
    I'm just setting up equnus.com with 3.1 + self made child theme. I've generally put a .ico file in the theme folder to enable a favicon to show; I've put a favicon in both original theme and child theme folders but it doesn't seem to show.
    Anyone come across this before?
