favicon reverts back to tag

hello

I put a favicon to replace the one in the theme folder

when I look at an ad listing, only have one right now ... setting up this whole thing and when I go to make a new ad, I see the tag favicon for classipress instead of the one I put in the theme folder.

how can I fix that?
