    Featured Ad - how to use paypal in a Free listning site?

    When setting all listing to free and only having Featured Ad I have problem getting payment through paypal? It seems like it dont go to paypal but instead send me to "Thank you for your listing" page? When I turn on listing fee, then its not a problem and I will proceed to Paypal...

    Why can will my ad post flow not procedd to Paypal when only having Featured Ad as payment option?
