    Featured Ad option not showing up

    Featured Ad option not showing up when posting a new ad. I have the value set to 0 so that I can allow anyone posting to have thier ads show up in the Featured Ad area on the homepage. Do I have to have a value greater than 0for this to work? Meaning do I have to charge for the Featured Ad? Because when I put a value of 5 in then it shows up.
