Featured ad and package ad - overridden problem on days

Im new Classipress, I have a problem, tried to check similar thread, but can't find what I need.

my question is:
1. If I set up, charge for listing ad: YES, Featured Ad price: 7 (Pricing), Ad Listing period: 90 days
it shows that whenever somebody click "featured ad" box, they will be charge 7euro for period of 90 days, right?

2. If I set up, charge for listing ad: YES, Featured Ad price: 7 (Pricing), Ad listing period: 30 days, then I activate the Pricing model to enable Ad pack (fixed price): 90 days Free Ad - it shows that whenever somebody click "featured ad" box, they will be charge 7euro BUT for period of 90 days instead of 30 days?

why is that?

what I want is:
1. Featured ad with sticky mode in the slider - 7euro per 30 days
2. Free ad, using ad pack, non sticky - FREE per 90 days.

how can i do this combination?
cause i've been trying the whole day and it seems that there is no way..
