Featured Ads paypal problem

Hi i'am using Professional edition, of Classi Press last version.

I have a recently problem with paypal.
The problem is this:

- I don't want the user pay to insert the ads, but i select the option "if Featured Ads you must pay 2 euro".
My problem is, if like a user i press show Featured Ads so i want pay with paypal, classipress doesn't redirect me to PayPal but just insert the ads.

I try to put ADS not free, and in that case, PAYPAL work, so classipress redirect me to PayPAL.

But if i just want free ads and u have to pay just for Featured Ads, doesn't redirect can u help me?
