    Featured Listing Title Text Wrong

    Hi,

    All my featured listings are not showing the title of the ad, but instead some code. The code is: Warning:mb_substr() then there is some more text but I cant see what it is. When I click on the text it takes me as it should to the ad listing.

    Any one else had this problem. I am using Product Version: 3.3.1-dev but when I click the updater it says that my version is fully up to date.
