Google checkout callback - please help

I have an issue with the google checkout callback.

At the end of the process the customer has to click a back to your website using the link within the google checkout payment screen at the end of the process. This sends a callback to the tpl-add-new-confirm.php with a value like confirmation?t=746469738804398 which is great.

The problem is that if the user doesn't click it the system doesn't know the confirmation - is there a way of making google checkout sending the callback automatically. There is a section in google checkout -> integration ->settings with textbox API callback URL:

What can I enter into this box? What API version am I using? Will this automate the callback?
