Google Maps defaulting to x location when no location fields are required

I noticed this lately, could be a change with the API or just a glitch on my end:

The Google maps works great when the location custom fields are populated by the user.
But when they're not populated or even provided in the custom form, I get a default location all the time, oddly enough, it's pointing to Bucuresti, Romania ??? LOL !! NO WAY!

How did that happen and where can I pinpoint the code assigned to Google maps to fix this??
It used to be blank in the past when no location fields were entered or provided within the custom forms.

    My settings are:
    Google Maps location: Canada
Google Maps location other: Google Maps
    Character Encoding: Default (UTF-8)
