I have a question about, new users vs advertisers.

If say and advertiser wanted to post an ad on my site, can he skip the registration part? for example on my site, when I click on "post and ad" it takes me to registration form - username and email... confirm email, get password, sign in..etc...etc... I dont want that for my advertisers because its a annoying I believe. My goal is simplicity, not complication.

Is there any options in settings that can change this? I'm pretty sure I had this option disabled but somehow this has happened, really left me in a confused, hence the reason why im posting this.
