Having a problem in Posting Ads

Hi
i am trying to build classified website. im struggling to fix a problem in my classipress theme . the problem is i don't know how to set Post an Ad button. when i click that button only dashboard will open and there is no option to post an AD in there ( www.ranvilla.com). regarding this i contact hosting provider they told that is not their problem. i tried to follow the guide of appthemes but still the problem is not solved So please help me to set this and allow people to post their ads in my site www.ranvilla.com
