Header Background problem. And Relisting error in JobRoller

Hi There

One thing has been bugging me for a long time now, and I think I have mentioned it before. This problem is also in the new JobRoller theme.

When you minimize a browser window and then scroll to the side. Then the header background gets smaller. please see the 2 attached files.

Also in the new JobRoller Theme, if I cansel payment of 15dollars then End the listing. Then relist the ad again, then I can get the ad up and running by paying relisting fee only 10dollars. or at least it looks like that. I diding go all the way and pay. so I am not 100% sure if there is an error stopping folks from doing this.

Also. I would like to suggest that job seekers could post ads as well.
