Help.. WP-Captcha plugin keeping me from logging in.

Help !!!!!!!

I downloaded the plugin wp-Captcha. When I applied it and signed out to check it. It wouldn't allow me to sign back in to my wp admin and when I tried to log in as a user on the site. It indicated
"Whoops! Page Not Found. The page or ad listing you are trying to reach no longer exists or has expired."

Admin url showed this ?

/wp-login.php?login_recaptcha_err=1

Please help ! I need to get back in admin to turn on under construction mode.
