How can i make a coupon that can be used only one time per user ?

Hi

i would like to make a coupon that should be posted on various internet blogs.
The problem is that if i put the limit of uses to 1, only the first user that find the coupon can use the coupon.
If i put the limit of uses to 0 all users can use the same coupon again and again with the same username wat diden t make any sence.

Is there a solution for this?
