How to change the option of the states (USA) for my country

Hi all my question is:

When my users publish an advertisement does not have the option to choose the region (province) of the country, failing U.S. states appear. I tried to change this and I could not. Anyone know how to remove these states from the USA and to the regions (provinces) of Colombia.

I think ClassiPress developers should fix this and make it easy to change from the admin panel. I have previously managed Blogs
ClassiPress but issues like this and calls updates are very problematic this is constructive criticism. Just to hear ClassiPress update it gives me goosebumps.
