How does Contacting the Ad Poster work?

Hey there,

Love the theme and framework. Truly functional and seriously brought a lot of answers to a problem I was facing.

I just launched, and I'm already fumbling around trying to find the answer to the following question:

What exactly happens when a buyer uses the single ad's contact form to reach out to the seller? More specifically...
1.) Is a third-party masking system in place, allowing the two parties to communicate while hiding one-another's e-mail?
2.) If the seller receives an e-mail from a buyer, what happens when the seller decides to hit "Reply" on the opened e-mail? (Currently, it doesn't seem to reply to the buyer this way, instead it is replying to a predefined e-mail address for my site)
3.) What have others done to make this process as private and seamless as possible?


You mods are great, I've lurked all over these forums. Found a great deal of answers, and I'm sure you can direct me to a few missed threads for my #3 question - but I'm really trying to get a grip on this one - it's a pretty big deal. Thanks for a timely response.
