    How to export forms with custom fields into new installation?

    I want to export my custom form to import into another site but I can't figure out how. The xml export doesn't doesn't include the custom forms info to use and I can't do a whole database copy because I am using WP Multisite so it creates my subsites for me. The xml export would be great if I could add it there as I will already be exporting categories. Does anyone know of a way? Thanks.
