How to get rid of Comments and all related text?

How do you get rid of everything related to the comments feature on Classipress?

I realize this may be a Wordpress issue and not just related to the Classipress Theme.

However, I want to disable the comments feature entirely.

That means getting rid of the statement at the bottom of each post: "You must be logged in to post a comment".

I realize you can turn comments off in the admin dashboard under Ads. However, on the ad posting page that option is not available.

Because I am NOT using Classipress as a blog, as originally intended by the Wordpress peop's - I need to turn off everything associated with comments, PLUS get rid of the login message and anything else that might need to be deleted to completely erase this feature from my site.

Can this be done? If so, what files need to be edited, and how?
