    How to make my logo and header banner line up?

    Hi

    On jobsmedical.com.au I would like to get the logo and advertising banner to be the same height so it looks better . When I upload the logo it seems to display it at the same size no matter what size I make it in photoshop? What am I missing? Where should I look to fix this problem? If I make the banner bigger in photoshop, will it display it bigger in the header?

    Would appreciate any help on this matter.
