How to make a page that isn't a page...?

I'm not sure how to explain what I mean but here goes...

I want to create 2 Help pages - Advertiser Help and Buyer Help. In the navbar I want the name "Help" to appear, but "Help" is not a page in itself, it's a parent for these 2 other pages which will then be in a dropdown menu. A bit like the categories dropdown, which is no page but a list of Category Page links.

How can I do this please?

I have already created the "Help" page so it's in my menu, as are the other child Help pages. When I hover on the navbar "Help" - the dropdown is seethrough and so the writing is not very clear. I would like it to be a white shadowbox dropdown, exactly like the Category dropdown in the navbar. Is this possible?
