    How do you manage upgrades?

    Hey all,

Just thought I'd ask this question about upgrades as I'm hoping I'm not the only one stuggling with the release format. My problem being that you've customised your site quite significatally and then to upgrade you have to replace it all as the code seems quite different, at least that's how I see it... is this the same for everyone?

    Thanks
    Tom
