HTML option in Bank Transfer field CP 3.6.1

I noticed that we can no longer insert HTML code in the Bank Transfer tab under Payments/Settings/Bank Transfer

Classipress 3.0.5.2 allows HTML (Enter your specific bank wire instructions here. HTML can be used.)

ClassiPress 3.6.1 does not allow HTML (Only basic stuff such as <b> or <p>)

Is there a way to enable HTML in 3.6.1?

Reason: Useful if we want to embed third party forms when no plugins cover that third party integration.
