image size or resize

I had import some ads. I have a question about picture.
I import in my medi my pics (example toto.jpg). About Feature and category the size is diffrent, so i create pic 50x50 and 75x75, the name are toto-50x50.jpg and toto-75x75.jpg => All is OK.

My problem, when I go to ads page, I have the picture (toto.jpg) but the link is something like toto-150x198.jpg. The -150x198 are always different ! Hox can I modify this link for import ads AND for future ads ?
