Image (step3) not showing in classipress payment section (CP3.3)

Hello,

I believe that I have found a bug in classipress 3.3.
The bug is the following:

When placing an ad and heading over to the payment section (right after step 2), the step3 image is nog being shown.
The strange part is that the image URL is correct, but it just isn't there.

We have found this bug on a modified version of classipress using child theme. Therefore we have installed a brand new wordpress and classipress installation. No settings modification, only checked "charge for placing ads" in classipress settings.

Image url is the following at that point:
DOMAIN/wp-content/themes/classipress-3.3/classipress/images/step3.gif

Which is correct and looks like follows:

Chrome 26.0.1410.64 m: NOT WORKING
