Image Uploading Issue

Up until a few days ago my site worked properly in regards to image uploads, creating new ads and editing existing ones. Since Friday, when adding an image to a listing and pressing the "continue" button the user will be taken all the way back to the beginning of the listing process and losing all work in the process. You can create an ad without images. If you try to add images using the edit function, go through the steps and hit update the only thing that will happen is that the page will seemingly refresh and keep the user on the edit page. Any images uploaded are lost. My designer doesn't seem to have the problem but I can't get it to work at all. I have tried on Firefox and Safari. I disabled and background stuff that was running too. I made sure all my users settings were correct as well.

We are not live yet and are doing testing and this is obviously a problem. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
