install Arabic language problem

Dear,

I just purchased Classipress theme and install it fine but when I want to change it to Arabic I couldn't

1. I installed Arabic Language from this link http://www.appthemes.com/support/languages/classipress/ and uploaded the file first time to (.../wp-content/themes/classipress/classipress-ar_SA.mo) and changed the wb-config.php to
   Code:

   define('WPLANG', 'classipress-ar_SA');

   but it dose not work at all.
2. then I created new folder as they said in this link http://forums.appthemes.com/language...g-greek-28077/ (.../wp-content/languages/themes) and uploaded the language files but also doesn't work !!!!
3. after that i change the language files to "ar" and change the wp-config.php to
   Code:

   define('WPLANG', 'ar');

   to be like WP original name but nothing change

Is there any solution? please help.
