    Post installing website backup

    I have installed Classipress 3.1.4 and made some customizations. Now with Classipress 3.1.5 I need to upgrade the 3.1.4 version. I think this will keep on happening with every new release.

    Therefore, I have setup WordPress on my machine where I can upgrade and test the new release. For this, I have downloaded the complete backup from my host. My question is how to install the complete backup of website on my computer?

    I need a detail procedure as I am not able to implement.
