Internet explorer problem with images uploading when posting a new ad

Hello

I have configured my clssipress template to upload 3 images with a maximun size of 250kb each.

When I enter as a normal user and I try to post a new ad it shows only the possibility to upload "Image 1" & "Image 3" but "Image 2" is missing in the page. In adittion once I have browsed and selected the first image to be uploaded, then there is no option to browse anymore for that "Image 3" and is no possible to post and ad. This only happen with my Internet Explorer 8, with Mozilla Firefox it works perfect.

Please could somebody help me with this problem?, It is a problem of the classipress template?, settings? or what?
