Light And Clear Classipress is Possible?

I want to clean and light classipress themes. Page load time at classipress to long. I am using W3 total cache and minify plugins. But still to long.
Also many mysql reguests. so Classipress cpu usage too high.

I try to reduce sql request but still to high.. My hosting company warn for this usage sometimes. This situation reduce to my growth rate..

I moved random posts, popular posts tab at home page also remove poster and contact tab at sidebar.. But still too high cpu usage..

How can I reduce to load time, and sql reguest.. I dont want many features ..I want optimized for clean version of classipress

If classipress team produce this I am ready to buy...
