The links (post an ad, Listings, Edit profile and Log out) did not appear on the home

The links (post an ad, Listings, Edit profile and Log out) did not appear on the home page in Classipress 4.1.5

After upgrading Classipress 3.X to Classipress 4.1.5. the links (post an ad, Listings, Edit profile and Log out) are gone. Where they should be, there is only a blank, empty space. Without them, the user cannot post an advertisement, nor can they log in to the site or access the control panel.

I only have 2 plugins enabled (Akismet Anti-Spam and PagSeguro AppThemes Payment Gateway), but when I disable these plugins the problem remains.
