Loading problems- to many reloads

Hi everyone

For some reason when i load my site on computer seems fine i cannot notice much of a difference but when i load it on my phone i get to many reloads, first loads fine then all of sudden refreshes again by itself, i am using a child theme and i do have my style.css there too so i am wondering if the style.css is doing many calls on reload or what could be the problem, if anyone knows an idea or can check that out for me is much appretiated
