My own logo is not appearing, and I think I have done all I could. 3 images to show whats wrong and what I have done so far.
1. Created logo using 468x60 size
2. Uploaded to ftp site in both jpg or png file
3. Copied the URL by right clicking file
4. Enabled logo display and paste my own logo's path.
5, Even changed ftp to www or http or whatever configuration I could think of
Still not appearing. Appreciate help of any kind.
my logo size was actually 620 x 480. If any kind soul could guide me on how to enlarge that header space to container my original size, I would be most grateful.
