    Logo simple format erros

    Hello,
    I'm having a few difficulties changing the logo to my logo.
    Mainly format erros. Either the picture is to large, or to small.
    Currently this is what my test logo looks like.
    MTLtextbooks
    However I would really like it if the dimensions where the same as in the demo:
    ClassiPress Demo
    Basically, what size, format (jpeg, psd...etc) should I save the original file as.
    And what inputs should i set in the upload (thumbnail, centered left...etc)
