Make a dropdown list - when placing a ad - display a city by default

Hi,

Is there a way to force a dropdown list to show a province and country by default when placing a ad.

For example my classified site is only for one province - but every time someone wants to place a ad they have to click on the Province and Country dropdown lists to select their province and country - but these will always be the same and there is only one option anyway in the dropdown list to select - so is there any way to make the dropdown list by default bring up the province and country
