Missing Attachment Message so No Image Shows in Post

OK I tried like hell not to post a problem. I read every posting on this forum trying to find the answer first so here we go. I have a new website: www.citymetroguide.com running v. 3.0.2

When I create an ad (from the Post an Ad button) it lets me fill out all the information with no problem and submit the ad for review. I go into the admin panel and approve the ad. I then go back to the website and look at the ad and see no picture. If I go to the dashboard and try to edit the ad photo it says "Missing Attachment" in the location of the photo that was uploaded.

I then check the box (so I can delete it) and try to upload another photo is box #2. Before you ask the photo is small (150x121 and only 32kb). The photo is in .png format.

OK before you ask. 500K is the max file size and 500x500 is the thumbnail size as well as the largest image size setting.

Image path = wp-content/uploads

OK I tried to cover everything.

Now what? I think Classipress isn't writing the link correctly to the image file after it uploads it somewhere.

There is an ad for a domain name for sale www.asianfamilynetwork.com if you hover over the spot where the image should be look at the url. There is no image file listed (i.e something.png or .jpg)

How do I fix that?
