Multi-level Fields or Sub Categories Help

Hi everyone,

I am trying to figure out how to make sub categories or multi-level fields.

Example:

Pants>
>Womens
>Mens
>Brand
>Brand-A
>Brand-B
>Brand-C
>Brand-D

etc.

How would one go about being able to make these sub-cats or multi=level (child) categories? It doesn't have to be dynamic drop down menus. It can be text links or whatever. I just need to make these as there are a lot of items which need to be listed.
