Need help with customizing the URL's (Thanks everyone for the help in advance)

I need help customizing the URL's for my classified. This is what I have now for the Category Page for Apple Products:

Apple Products | Sancus Classifieds

Id like to change the "ad-category" to "pawn-shop-listings"

Also, i'd like to change:

Hollywood Pawn Shop | Sancus Classifieds

Id like to change the "author" to "pawn-shops"

Can someone help me. Im on a really tight time schedule and I dont want to continue building the site and have issues later with broken links. Id really appreciate someones help as soon as possible.
