I need help if you can please?

Question all suggestions are welcome.

Hi guys.

Every CSS styles and every other thing are missing in this theme.
I had to add them manually. Generally in other themes when we install the
theme the themes look exactly like the demo but everything in this theme
I have to create manually. See attachments?

Also:

I have purchased the classipress theme. But after installing the theme
(even after installing classy child theme also) it's not like your demo site.
Not only that there are missing many features in the theme.

While posting new ads it's missing a full section named "Listing details".

Developers are you aware of that? How can this problem be fixed?
