Need help with W3C validation auto check plugin .

Hi Every body,

My website is www.findants.com and i have some problems with website as i am new this i want to ask a few questions.

1) I have found about 500 errors and and many warnings when i used W3C validation and i do not know how can i fix those problems so i have used W3C validation auto check plugin and i do not under where to code which they have mention in installation page can any body help on this ?

2) Why my site is not doing well in search engines ?

3) Can i use more than one seo plugins ?

4) How to increase traffic to my website ? It is almost five months but i am not earning from it .

5)What are the changes i need to make changes in my blog ?

6)Google site maps index error ?
etc

i hope you understand my goal what i am asking for here
I need more comments and suggestions about my website .
