    new ad notices not going out to admin

    I am having an issue where the admin notices that should be going out when a new ad is placed aren't. I've been very careful to make sure they aren't being filtered by a spam filter (and they aren't) so now I am stuck but I definitively need to have that feature working for the client.



    Please help.
