New Customer: Fresh WP 3.3.1 / CP 3.1.6 Site - Several Admin Functions not working???
I am new to CP, just bought it today. I love the theme, but I am very disheartened by some of the issues I've encountered when trying to execute some admin functions on the dashboard. As a new customer, I am surprised to see so many of these functions not operational. Please see this summary below. I do not want to manually enter this data into the database....please!!
1. Ad Packs
For this feature, only the delete function seems to work.
When I try to add an Ad Pack:

I am given a blank screen:
adpack2.jpg
When I refresh the page, the new Ad Pack is not listed, nor is it in the database.
When I try to update an Ad Pack:
adpack3.jpg
I am returned to the Ad Pack listings, and my changes have not taken effect!
2. Custom Fields
Trying to add a Custom Field yields a similar result. Blank Screen - no record added to DB:

I was able to manually insert a field into my custom fields - editing and deleting seem to work OK at that time.
3. Edit Form Layout
Selecting Fields on the right-hand side and clicking "Add Fields to Layout" brings me back to the same page, but the fields are not added to the left-hand side.
After manually adding a record to cp_ad_meta, clicking the required/advanced search checkboxes and then saving also does nothing. The values are not updated.
This is all I have found so far, and everything else seems to be wroking OK, but it is enough to impede my progress with the site. Please advise. Thank you
PS - Is there no error catching going on in admin-options.php? I have a hunch the SQL statements are failing.
