New Password, Password Again not visible sent anywhere for future use

Hi, I have search the forums for an answer on this but haven't found anything.

When resetting your password in the edit profile form, ie. New Password and Password Again it says that the password has been updated but it does not show in the form and it is not sent to your email address.

So how can users access this password or do they just have to remember it in their heads?

I forsee a lot of admin if the remembering it in the heads is the only way!
