New problems - lost the 'edit my ads' function from the dashboard

I logged in with my customer admin ID, clicked my dashboard, and clicked the pencil to edit the ad.

Nothing happens. There is a blank page below the 'Edit Item' box at the top of the screen.

I disabled the plugins, updated my permalinks, cleared the cache, and still nothing.

This is a fairly urgent problem.
