Turn-off Gravatar

Hi guys,

I am having gravatar issues on my site while opening a listing.
Is there a way i can turn-off Gravatar ?
I have added a plugin which allows people to upload a profile photo.

Google maps and Gravatar slow my site down and some customers already pointed this out for me and will only come back if the issues are resolved.

I use quick cache plugin also.

I just want to delete the piece of code which searches for the gravatar , can you tell me where to find this ?
