    No help with classipress - paid customer ignored

    I am extremely not happy about the service we have received after buying classipress and the lack of info on why the site is not working properly. We posted a week ago about the issues we are having with our site and not one admin or developer of classipress has posted a response. It seems that classipress wants their customers to deal with and handle each others problems. What is going on here?
