    Not Getting Email on New Users

    Hi,

    I am having problems on New Registrations to my site. Users are not getting the new registration email notification.
    The "Set Password" option is not ticked so that users will need to check their email to see the password. This is to ensure that they entered the correct email.

    To test that the outgoing email address that I set is correct, I tried to reset the password of the newly registered user and this time I got the reset password email.
    Then, when I tried to click the reset link, it gave me the message "Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid. Please try again."


    Hoping that someone can help me on this.
