Orders out of sync if user deletes the ad from his control panel
Hi.
It is not possible to delete orders, but if a user does not make the payment, and decides to delete the adds from his control panel, the orders are still in the system, as pending, and you can not remove them.
As an administrator you must be allowed to remove ghost orders with no relating adds, or you will end up with bad data.
